Policies:Human Resource Management is in charge of job analysis and description, setting staff needs, selecting and placing the staff by using scientific methods, career planning, various training and organizing, performance assessment, determining the salary and social opportunies, legal liabilities. Job Analysis and DescriptionsOn the basis of Human Resource Policy, knowing and determining the needs of the company are the primary requirements. The department is responsible for the job analysis and preparation of job descriptions. Responsibilities and authorities have been set for each position. Periodical revisions are available with the changing conditions. Selecting and RecruitingOur motto is "The right person for the right job" Our principle in recruiting is objectivity. During the assessment ability, qualification, and competency are the priorities. Cvs are updated within CV bank in our HR department. All the applications are treated in confidence. After the necessary analysis and classifications, concerned department managers interview with the candidates. In the course of recruiting, applicants are interviewed as the job requires having effective social contact with people and for taking place in the service sector. That’s why the recruitment process is of vital importance. This process may change according to personal performance, knowledge and opportunities for the current position. The training process starts with orientation to help the staff adapt. This includes motivational and personal developmental training. We believe that corporate development can only be achieved with individual development. AssessmentAccording to the performance criteria specialized before, the staff is assessed regularly. Since the objectivity is the main concern, we use numerical data and multi dimensional assessments. An assessment is held twice a year. Performance assessments include all previous tasks and activities, and latter targets are stated. |
