YDS

At English Time, there are specialized preparation programs designed for students who aim to achieve high scores in nationally and internationally recognized exams. Unlike General English courses, these preparation programs provide exam-oriented instruction tailored specifically to the content and structure of each exam. The courses are delivered by experienced instructors who specialize in exam preparation, and up-to-date materials are used throughout the training.

The programs are offered in two different formats: Pre-YDS and YDS. The education system is practice-based and structured in line with the exam format and strategies.

1. Pre-YDS programs include General English studies and are designed for students whose English proficiency level is below pre-intermediate.
2. YDS programs, on the other hand, do not include General English instruction and are intended for students with an English proficiency level of Level 4 and above.

Throughout the program, students’ progress is closely monitored through regular mock exams and assessments.

In YDS preparation programs, up-to-date course books published by Time Publications are used as the main educational materials. All course materials are provided free of charge, and students are additionally supported with supplementary resources in line with their progress.

At English Time, information about which campuses offer YDS preparation programs and their starting dates is announced regularly. Students who enroll in any of the ESP or Test Programs can benefit free of charge from English Time’s activity classes and all other social events throughout the program.
